                    The ENGEVAP Boiler model EV-1-2500 is an advanced vertical water-tube solution, featuring a drum (SINGLE-DRUM - SD) and Pin-Hole grate, designed for power cogeneration applications. Its design increases the heat exchange area, ensuring better heat utilization and reliable operation, with high energy performance.
Operating since 2023, this boiler is installed at Lasa’s facility in Ipameri, Goiás, with a nominal capacity of up to 100 tons of steam per hour, pressure above 68 kgf/cm²(g), and a temperature of 525°C—ideal for processes requiring high-quality steam, combining robustness with thermal efficiency.
Using sugarcane bagasse with up to 52% moisture as fuel, the boiler delivers highly efficient energy conversion, harnessing the renewable potential of biomass with operational excellence.
In addition to its high thermal performance, the boiler features an advanced emission control system, composed of Cyclones, an Electrostatic Precipitator, and a chimney with exhaust fans sized for maximum efficiency.
